Those of you who listen to The Diane Rehm Show on NPR (if you don't, you should) might have heard a recent episode with Najla Said, daughter of famed Palestinian academic Edward Said. She is also the niece of peace-wager Grace Said, who spoke with our own Cathy Baskin during the Waging Peace conference at Calvary Baptist Church last November.
Both interviews from this remarkable family give us insights into what life has been like for Palestinians displaced by the occupation. You can listen to Najla Said's interview here.
For her part, Grace Said talks about her incredible journey as a Palestinian, both personally and as an activist for peace.
